OpenOffice 3.1 is now available. This latest version is known as a free software and open source thus make it the perfect replacement for other high-priced suites like Microsoft Office.
OpenOffice 3.1 is an improvement of 3.0, comes with a good assortment of patches, even better correction may resolve grammatical mistakes in sentences and performance improvements. It includes support for anti-graphs which improves the visualization of graphical elements, improves the preview by dragging objects that shows a transparent image of this, improves the generation of graphs in Calc and Writer grammatical correctness. It also includes functions such as control of multimedia presentations, management of macros in Base and the addition of colored syntax in the SQL editor.
