Microsoft xYz, is real or just speculation?

Having confirmed that the rumors about a Zune in June were not real, they play new round of leaks on a Microsoft product which, if real, is intended to make with your mouth open to users and move the hand to the face by his rivals .

Well, actually rivals is unlikely to have, because it is an innovative project. It would be a portable entertainment device, in which both concepts mixed Zune and Xbox, hence his code name, Microsoft xYz.

The sources that have filtered it out as a Sony Mylo together with a PSP and an iPod touch. Would not, therefore, functions of mobile phone, and it is something that Microsoft has denied many times by active and passive: they do not think make their own phone.

The Microsoft xYz have a touch screen with resolution of 800 × 480 pixels and features not found in any other device on the market. It is almost certain to come equipped with the Nvidia Tegra platform, but since TeamXbox speculate further with WiMax connectivity.

Bearing in mind that you are connected to the network is one of its core and does not have 3G connectivity, the WiMax would be one of the few options remaining, but the limited deployment of this technology makes it a little strange that Microsoft bet by it.

The connectivity of which we speak will integrate with many Microsoft services, such as the various products offered under Live. We may also acquire content with other devices and display it. Imagine buying a video or a song from the Xbox 360 and also in viewing Microsoft xYz.

The integration with Xbox 360 would be another of its strengths, as would use the NXE interface that makes it has not incorporated this console, as well as being compatible with Xbox Live Arcade, which would allow us to play the games on this platform.

Sounds strange? Certainly, but do not discard it, because Microsoft still does not offer its own portable console (although this device is not going to stay pure in this) and the platform would give Zune media player as many points. Look forward to more news.
